We’re excited to answer any queries you may have. Here are some common questions our customers often ask.

Where are you located?

We’re located in Essex. Address is given 12 hours prior to session. The closest station is Basildon station.

Is there parking?

Yes, parking is free and located on the premises.

Is there natural lighting?

Yes. 2 sides of the studio have windows that give off a lot of natural lighting.

Can I bring people with me?

Yes, you can bring 2 more people with you making a maximum of 3 per booking.

What happens if I need more time in the studio?

Please contact us via Instagram or email if you require more time and we will let you know if there is availability. Overtime is charged at £50 per 30mins

I need someone to take my content

Someone experienced in making social media content on phones will be available to take your content at £50/ hour. This is subject to availability. Contact us at least 12 hours prior to your session for this.

I need a Make Up Artist and/or a professional photographer?

Please contact us via email at info@kanvaskovestudio.com at least 7 days before the session. Contact us before booking the session so we can arrange a professional photographer and make-up artist at the best possible rates. (Subject to availability)

What if I need to cancel?

We allow rescheduling one time if we are informed at least 24 hours before the booking contact us via email at info@kanvaskovestudio.com

If you fail to inform us within the specified notice period, we are unable to reschedule your session. We do not offer refunds
